70 Guestrooms
In conjunction with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana, a 70 room luxury Boutique Club Hotel, The Maison Orleans, has been created to provide guests with the ultimate hotel experience. The hotel is located discreetly at the rear of the Ritz carlton at the entrance to the famous New Orleans Vieux Carre (French Quarter). Guests will enter the hotel through a street lobby on the first floor and be immediately transported to a fourth floor lobby designed to provide the feel and comfort of an old New Orleans Garden District home. The Hotel is being separately managed by the Ritz carlton Hotel Co. The projects are being developed with the approval of the New Orleans Historic Landmark Commission, the State of Louisiana, Division of Historic Preservation, and the Federal Department of the Interior, Historic Guidelines.
The main feature of the Maison Orleans is its Guestrooms. All rooms are different to accommodate the structure of an existing building, but all feature high ceilings, fireplaces, and wood floors. All baths are five fixtures baths with large soaking tubs.
