A four Phase 450 unit two bedroom Time Share Complex
Marriott’s
Aruba Surf Club is the firm’s third major project on the
island of Aruba. The project will be a four phased
development built out over a 7 year period, with a total
construction cost of approximately $140 million. When
totally complete, the project will have 450 two and three
bedroom time share units, two feature pools with rockscape,
and saltwater lagoon amenities, a health club, and
children’s activity area. The project is being built
adjacent to Marriott’s Aruba Ocean Club and Stellaris Resort
and Casino, (both designed by Coleman & Partners) and will
share amenities with both of these projects. Phase 1 opened
ahead of schedule in July of 2004, and Phase 2 opened in
December 2005 on schedule. Phase 3 is under Construction and
is due to be completed in August 2007.
