Working with
Oppenheim Architecture + Design of Miami, Florida, Coleman &
Partners has been tasked to create a new overall look and
feel for the Marriott Vacation Club brand that will lead
them in to the 21st Century. The look will be cleaner, less
cluttered, and less expensive to build. The Marco Island
project will consist of the renovation of the former Marco
Island Radisson Hotel. Two of the four existing Towers will
be demolished, while the remaining two will be gutted to
the shell structure and totally redone. Two additional
Towers and a Parking garage will then be constructed.
