A 311 unit two bedroom Time Share Complex

Coleman & Partners, Architects has recently completed the renovation of the previous “Beta” Hotel on the Island of Aruba into the new Marriott Aruba Ocean Club Ownership Resort.  The project is located adjacent to the Aruba Marriott Hotel and Stellaris Casino, also by Coleman & Partners Architects. Challenges overcome were converting the existing small room bays into workable time share units; improving the appearance of a somewhat unattractive existing facade; and integrating the new project with the existing amenities of the existing hotel. Coleman & Partners has recently again been retained by MVCI to study the possibility of additional units on Aruba. With the completion of this project, Coleman & Partners has completed well over $200 million of work on Aruba.
